NOW

Psychiatrist will tell you that change is only possible if people would stop living in the past and start living in the now. In fact, research has shown that most mental illnesses come from a past traumatic events. According to Ms. Stacey Lawson, co-founder of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at the University of California, Berkeley. The first principle of creating a sound mind is to live in the now. She said we spend too much time rehashing the past and fretting over the future. How Much Do You Believe?

 In the gospel of John, John's main interest is that we believe that Jesus is the Son of God (John 20:31). While the other gospels stress a need for personal salvation and the mission of why Jesus came, John main emphasis is on us believing that Jesus is the son of God.   "But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name" (John 20:31). The entire gospel of John was written so that we might believe that Jesus is the Son of God.    In the text, John 11:42, Jesus makes a statement while praying to God the father and before raising Lazarus from the dead.  He says,  Father, I know you hear me, but, I'm praying out loud, and (the reason that I'm going to do this in front of them) is so that they might believe...
